well that was stupid...why did you pick Swellow to switch? its impossble for a Swellow defeat a Tyranitar...at least switch to dragonair or a pokemon who have a water type or grass type attack...or if you teach Steel Wing to Swellow it will do something before it goes down. same with my charmander

Not sure, I believe it is 34 or 35 but I think the tower is actually found pretty easily.

It should be in north-western corner of the map.
