Whenever Sir Rudy of 9/11 visited his gumar in the Hamptons for an illicit, extramarital encoutner, he'd bill the security expenses to obscure New York City agencies even though these trips had nothing to do with government business.
And I've also seen reports that say Rude provided security at the taxpayer's expense for his mistress Judy (now his current wife) while he was still married to his ex-wife Donna Hanover.
This particular abuse of power might be a crime!
