UPDATE: On Nov. 9, '07 Bernard Kerik was indicted and faces 16 counts of federal corruption charges, including bribery, multiple counts of tax evasion and for making false statements on his application for the Department of Homeland Security.

(Originally posted Oct. 13, '07) According to the NY Daily News, Bernie Kerik, Rudy Giuliani's former top cop, is about to get indicted on charges of bribery, tax fraud, and obstruction of justice. But Kerik isn't the only crooked Giuliani associate. Rudy's inner circle would be right at home on The Sopranos.

An update is definately in order, because now we're finding out that Rudy was screwing his gumar (now his current wife Judy) on the taxpayer's dime.

Whenever Sir Rudy of 9/11 visited his gumar in the Hamptons for an illicit, extramarital encoutner, he'd bill the security expenses to obscure New York City agencies even though these trips had nothing to do with government business.

According to ABS News, Rudy's gumar Judy (now his current wife) also used the NYPD as her personal taxi service.

And I've also seen reports that say Rude provided security at the taxpayer's expense for his mistress Judy (now his current wife) while he was still married to his ex-wife Donna Hanover.

This particular abuse of power might be a crime!
