SophiaLovesDrums: Drum Solo (Studio Quality)

Hey peeps!

So after shooting Follow The Water I thought this wasn't worth the effort so I decided do to a solo or something like that.

Nothing was arranged before, that's why there are many crappy parts ;)

What is that little black patch, i think it says evans, that u have on your bass drum, your beaters hit it. i was planning on getting it but i forgot the name xD

Hey u are awesome! How do u get ur bass drum to sound like that? I'm trying to do double bass and mine just rings:/

it's important to have a good bass drum, good heads, good tuning, good mics, good mic position and good EQ after recording....

It all will affect the bass drum sound, even your beaters.

You might wanna check out the recent videos from freedrumlessons... They have some stuff about drum tuning and mic stuff online which is really helpful ;)

Depends on your music style and your personal feeling...

I prefer Vater 5B drumsticks ;)
