Sanctuary Mountain Ocean View Estates - Founding Investors trip May 2011

Our 1st Sanctuary Mountain Ocean View Community "Founding Investors" Jim and Carol and their daughter and grandkids from Oregon.

They originally contracted for 4 Mountain View Lots at 80% off, but they now own 4 Ocean View Investment lots at 80& off, we sell 3 of them at a Gurunteed buyback of $20 a square meter, and they double their $, (Investing $150,000 and getting $300,000 back) and keep the most amazing one for their home, and use the profits for Sanctuary Eco Homes to build their dream home.

So essentially the ended up with a Dream Ocean View Estate lot of over 1.5 acre, and a Dream Ocean view home for Free, as Founding Investors with Sanctuary. So that explains the big smiles. :-)

They also met some of our Happy Founding Investors from our last project that bought Ocean View lots 2 years ago in our 1st community (see other videos), met the Sanctuary legal and development team, the Sanctuary Eco Home construction team, and the Sanctuary Eco Tourism team, even spent a day at Sanctuary Island Paradise Sport Fishing.

The next trip they meet the folks at 100SD, the #1 Sustainable Development Consulting/Implementation Group in Costa Rica, in charge of all of Sanctuary's Sustainable Eco Tourism projects for all 12 Sanctuary locations.

As of July 20th, We still have 20 of these `1st choice" Ocean View lots available for the next few "Sanctuary Founding Investors", and then we will be moving up substantially in price.

When we mean "1st choice", it's true.... of the 150 lots in the community, there will be panoramic "OMG!" lots that sell for over $250,000 when everything is completed, and other lots of the same size that will only sell for $2-=25,000 each. But out 1st few Founding Investors get to choose their investment lots from the entire community, choosing the best for themselves, on a 1st come, 1st served basis until all 20 are subscribed.
