  • This is the bollox deicide at their peak fuckin legion is the best most negative death metal

    Fuckin 1993 mofuck

  • when satan spawns cacodaemons, u gotta have a shotgun!

  • @joemj413 After Once Upon The Cross they sucked!!

    Agree!!

  • ah the good old days, when bouncers did something besides hassle you for pushing people

  • @joemj413 THRONEAEON - yes, they are Swedish, and I think that plays a HUGE part in their sound. They do the Deicide/Legion sound, but with the straight-up, no nonsense Swedeath attitude. Its hard to explain, but makes sense when you hear it. Theres tons of crazy, disjointed stuff in odd meters, with triplet subdivisions, etc but their writing is so tasteful and effective that you don't even notice, cuz it just feels "right". Download their "Carnage" demo dude... thats gonna blow your mind

  • @Gumbo72203 Once Upon the Cross only had one good song - Kill the Christian. The rest was dumbed down death metal. Even the debut was more technical than this and they shouldn't have stepped down to such an accessible direction after Legion. Throneaeon sound familiar, aren't they Swedish?

  • @joemj413 I think you're unfairly excluding "Once Upon the Cross". Its a good album; like a streamlined, kind of more straight-the-point version of Legion. But dude.... have you ever listened to THRONEAEON??? Dude, download their "Carnage" demo and "With Sardonic Wrath" MCD, if you like Legion stuff. These guys, from Sweden, are so killer.... I seriously like their version of Deicide's music better than Deicide most of the time, haha

  • this kicks glam rock ;)
