  • Will there be any new ice missions this year?

  • I climbed Everest this season too. Also practiced in the same area of this video. The Sherpas aren't as wonderful as everyone makes them out to be. Ours lied about stuff and the sherpas and our leader left me to die alone on the mountain and I had to fight for my life to get down alive. Read High Crimes ... good book about all the crime and unhumane stuff that happens on the mountain when teams and individuals become blind with summit fever and disregard others life for their own summit.

  • we should make it as easy as possible for everyone. This is the space age, there are space tourists for goodness sakes. Making the environment friendlier for noobs should reduce deaths.

  • I never said it was easy...but there are a shit-load of climbs that are a hell of a lot more difficult then Everest.

Plus, the Sherpas do everything for these people...they carry the vast majority of the equipment, they cook for them, they set up the camps, they wipe their asses...

  • climbing everest is way harder than it looks and the sherpas live there whole lives in that altitude

  • thats cheater talk

no self respecting moutain climer would ever do that

plus there would probly be alot more deaths on everest

  • I don't....it is a wealthy persons game, to "climb" Everest...I put Climb in quotations, because everyone knows the Sherpas are the ones who truly deserve the respect and admiration...not these glory-seekers, who buy their hero-status.
