I own several of these watches, the one in this video and high end Croton's with Swiss movements. I have never had a problem with these watches, I have given them as gifts to an Army PFC that uses it everyday in Garrison and an Army Captain they both like this watch as well. Every company has a lemon from time to time, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Lexus, etc. These are not Rolex watches but you are not paying 15 grand for one either, for the money they are excellent watches.

Croton peddles mass produced chinese-quality watches and supports them with the worse customer service in the industry. ShopNbc and HSC makes a killing off these watches. I purchased two Croton G-12's which started rusting in their boxes. I returned them to Croton and never saw them again. 7-months later after many, many emails and calls, they sent me two replacements (with broken bands) claiming that this was the best they could do as the series had been discontinued.
