I loved the Happy Goodmans. Used to go to their concerts all the time.
After Ernie Maxwell left the Goodmans, he and his family came to our church in Abilene, TX. in the 70's many times to hold revival services. Great family. And he picked guitar like no other! I lost contact with them after I grew up. Great times in my youth...
