"Where the Rivers Meet" was written by Mike Nevin and reflects the valley we are lucky enough to call home. GSHS took 6th in World competition and this is the Ensemble playing at a school assembly today where they were recognized for their effort. The piece is a musical journey - it starts with a beautiful sunrise over the Rockies. Then imagine the bald eagle flying through Glenwood Canyon and over the mountains. It pays honor to the Ute Nation who were here long before us. It continues with a white water trip down the Colorado River rapids - where it joins the Roaring Fork River. Glenwood Springs - Where the Rivers Meet.

Special thanks to Adam Soloman, Director. The parents and students greatly appreciate all you have done.

FYI - I'm not giving up my day job to be a videographer.
