There's just something overtly fascistic about trying to "end the debate." Referred Law 6 didn't have what polls showed South Dakotans wanted, and Initiated Measure 11....well, polls show people DO want this. Let the people vote, and if you really do support "the will of the people," then don't try to use a court to overturn their will (which we know is what you're planning to do).
