Ingredients:
1 Can Blue Mackerel (or 1 Blue Mackerel),
1 Cup Korean Radish, 1/2 Onion, 1 Green Onion,
1 Hot Pepper
Broth Ingredients:
1 Dried Anchovy Pack (6 Dried Anchovies),
2 Cups Water
Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste (Gochujang), 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine,
1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Soup Soy Sauce,
1 Tbsp Sugar, 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp Oil,
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/4 tsp Minced Ginger

Yield: 2 Servings

    You can keep the radish quite long time.. I just put that in a bag (zipper bag or plastic bag) and keep it in the refrigerator. Don't wash.. don't peel.. just the way you bought in a store.. thanks

  • My Korean is terrible and I can't read Hangul very well. Can you post the Hangul for "Dried Anchovy Pack" so I can copy it and show it to my grocer?
