Last night (January 17, 2010) at the 67th Annual Golden Globes, Martin Scorsese was presented with the Cecil B. DeMille Award for Lifetime Achievement, which was presented to him by Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio. During De Niro's speech, he made a joke. Then, the camera cut to Brenden Fraser, who delivered what is arguably the best clap in the history of the world. Enjoy.
