2008 YAMAHA WR250R with FMF PowerCore, PowerBomb, and FMF Fuel Injection Power Programmer. First test drive topped out at about 87 MPH without pushing too hard in sixth gear with stock sprockets. I was wearing an off road style helmet and couldn't tuck down or the cam bolted to my visor wouldn't show the speed. I am pretty sure I can do 90+ with a street helmet and tucked down. Sorry about the horrible static in the audio. More about this bike on my site: SolidFull.com

  • were there any modifications to the bike?

  • @toshiyatsujimura I also took off about 10-20 pounds of useless junk like the rear foot pegs, emissions can, and EXUP servo plus I drilled some holes in the side of my airbox to open up the intake.

  • @Sismiques I honestly didn't have the original lights on long enough to have to change the bulb but I do believe there is a single dual-filament bulb. I will dig them out of the garage when I get home and let you know. Are you thinking of buying a WR250R? I do miss my running lights as I feel more visible from behind and the sides when riding at night on the highway.

  • @noah44444

So were the old lights dual filament?

  • @Sismiques Yes, the WR250R does have running lights from the factory but I actually have the LED lights now which do not have running lights included.

  • @toshiyatsujimura FMF header and FMF silencer with fuel injection programmer is all. GYTR sprockets. Renthal bars. Dunlop 606 tires.

  • @noah44444

Do the turnsignals work as a running light from the factory on these, or is it a mod?

  • @LOVESooMOTERCYCLES Did I ask for your opinion or are you just not intelligent enough to think of anything else to say? This bike aint made to be pretty- so why dont you mosey on back to mambee pambee land you wussy? I think they had a huffy on craigslist with training wheels- that might work perfect for you. Oh, and I tried watching one of your short, blurry, jerky 10 seconds videos... Learn how to use a camera bro. You can't even tell how ugly your bikes are cause you suck at filming so bad.

  • That bike is so ugly

  • @noah44444 cool thanks, i think i am going to get a wr250r but i only weigh 65kgs, and wanted something fairly nimble on the trails, but not much maintenance. do you reckon it would be a good bike for me? i think ill be mainly riding trail but i will do some road riding, and some mild jumps (cant see myself jumping much over 20ft) i have had a crf70 and thumpstar 125 which was fully modded out and put out 14hp on the dyno.... other than that i dont have much big bike experience... cheers
