1) Audio Phrases set to Drum pad play mode, reversed and bpm synced do not play correctly or even make noise when played. Not a biggie as you can always use the other play modes, just thought I might share this with the rest of the world.

2) File Utility doesn't allow you to select more than one file, while the Sample Import screen does.

  • Damn you made me happy! After hours and hous trying to save a project, your video saved my day! I just got a second hand mv today, and tried saving little midi or audio or midi/audio projects, but every time i got the message: file not found. What? What file damn damn damn....

Then I saw your video and noticed...... a PROJECTS-folder!!!!! ...okay, so that was the file.......... Previous owner probably deleted it because he didn't want me to steal his work!

    Thanx! from Leiden, Holland

  • good to hear that. thanks.

  • You can do a workaround for the mutliple file select issue in the mv file utility. The workaround is that you can connect your computer to the mv via USB and access the file system from your computers file explorer(ie. windows explorer for pc, finder for mac). From there, you have all the power of your computer's operating system for manipulating the file.

  • of course i work with filesystem using USB since there is no other way to do it normally. i would liked it more if i would not have to power up my laptop to do such basic things. the way i am doing this now is that i just wait until the hdd gots really messy then i connect computer and do the cleanup :))

  • yo man.....your base notes should be set at 2, 4, 8, 16, or either 32. Depending on your sample length. Just a heads up bro.

  • it doesn't matter! other people have confirmed that it is a bug and nothing you can do about it. luckily there are workarounds for this.

  • Format the hd of the MV.

Try to use another wav. file.

    Try it with another pad.

And see whats happening, let me know if it helps.

    later

  • dummy end point needs to be at 0

  • yo that is the secret mega bit crusher effect! didn't you know? lol... nice catch though still... good thing there are some work arounds in both cases.

  • I have the same play back problems when i try to sample from the cd drive so i dont use it

  • Yes, I do have 1.01 but other people reported that 1.00 acts the same so it is not a new bug!
