@wtfisonyouface They export the cows, they don't kill them in India, they are not allowed. That's why the cows won't get up since they are tired.

@4371pali Tell that to Tim Gunn who has promoted Saga Fur, wears leather and eats meat. Let him advise you on what to wear and eat
-
It does not matter how an animal is killed for fur - humanely or otherwise!!!!!! IT IS WRONG - FUR SHOULD NOT BE WORN FOR FASHION! There are many faux fur items available and they are very realistic! FUR SHOULD BE WORN BY THE ANIMAL THAT GREW IT, NOT NASTY POMPOUS ARROGANT CELEBRITIES! I do not care what Tim Gunn has or has not done, this is a good revealing look at a horrific industry and I thank him for that!

HE EATS MEAT AND PROMOTES IT AND WEARS LEATHER. A HYPOCRITE.

THERE ARE DIFFERENT FUR FARMS THEN THIS!! When people think about fur, they atomaticly think about skinning alive. That is one of the most poplaur, but not only ways. I have seen fur farms that kill the humanly.

Gunn is a total hypocrite as well as drab and outdated. He made a meat commercial.
-
meanwhile tim gunn shows off his leather jacket in the you tube segment on his closet. what a hypocrite
-
Good job I'm surprised that big companies aren't more informed about where there materials are coming from or they just don't care thank god some people do, thanks Tim

sells

by the way, a so called "animal rights" activist who attacks women here, Joshua Katcher, was paid to promote a company that seels fur. Hypocrites!
1:44 makes me wanna cry... I'm so happy that Tim Gunn is using his popularity to reach out for a good cause.

Sharing this one on Facebook. My friends are always posting these "happy animal" stories - animals saving their owners, surviving terrible natural disasters, making friends "outside their species".... Yet they can't connect the warm feeling they have for animals can't coexist with meat eating and fashion use like the kind Tim's discussing. I agree PeTA's actions can be troubling at time, but we must applaud them for trying - "progress not perfection."
