this is the first time the MerDer theme plays in Grey's...one of the most beautiful songs ever, it just completes this scene. Mer Der forever! one of their best scenes...season 2 was definitely the best season of Grey's no matter how heartbreaking it was!!!

@artybohemian well actually he chooses addison , but when he tries to work on his marriage with addison , he figures out that it's over , so eventually he comes back to mer, so yeah happy ending!!!!
