@tahirrubbani1 the Bahria Town has completed its housing schemes in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad in a record period.For Bahria NOC is not necessary because Bahria Town has already developed many project without getting NOC.the main thing is development.Bahria has his name and reputation ,they wil not let down people.

@asgharalipakistan Bahria must annouce their NOC number. Do you believe anybody talking on Phone? It is also a wrong claim. Why a wrong place in their advertisement is shown? I went myself and found the location more than 6 Km away from the shown one.

CDA DG planning issued NOC for Bahria Enclave Project’
ISLAMABAD: Daily Times contacted Malik Riaz but a man Naeem received the call and said Bahria Town management has already obtained the NOC for Bahria Enclave from CDA. Naeem said CDA DG Planning Ghulam Sarwar Sindhu had issued the NOC and management of the civic body was also on board. This scribe also contacted Sindhu but he did not receive the call. Be careful , Malik Riaz is looting the public. It has no NOC from CDA. The Location in Advertisement is totally wrong. It is six Km from the said location

It is quite unlike Bahria to deceive people, but I am hearing many warnings about this particular project. Can anyone comment on whether there is truth in these warnings?
