Part 2. Madrid airport January 2009, angry passengers when told that Iberia flight is cancelled. Passengers are left in the airport for over 8 hours without information, without assistance, without a drink. When passengers complain Iberia calls the police and decides to close the counter (leaving the passengers on their own). The fun part is the logo on Iberia counter : "we're here to help you" but when help is requested they try to leave the airport ! So much for European directives protecting customers/passengers (and the non respect of these by air companies). On the video you can hear the passengers screaming and whistling.
