Reuploaded Buick Video...ike most Oldsmobile engines, this is widely regarded as a durable workhorse engine, hard to kill without applying undue abuse. Reasonable uses and reliable maintenance such as consistent oil changes and basic tune-ups may be expected to give a long engine life. The 307 is quite capable of hauling and/or traveling at freeway speeds and long non-stop durations, A car built to last!

  • i hate to bust everyones bubble but i worked in an olds dealer when these cars were popular and when it got to 20 or 30 below 0 in the winter you coulden't start one of these son's of bitches with a piece of dynamite! and they really suck to take the plugs out of to when they get all flooded out! other than that they were like every other 1980's carborated car or truck guttless and hard on gas, and you coulden't see the motor through all the vaccum lines and smog crap, nice car to ride in though

  • my 98 lesabre will start up in our cold canadian winters no problem. i remember last year when we hit -23 celcius (almost -10 Fahrenheit) and it started up no problem. Took a while, but it started on the first try.

  • how many cars do you own

  • @auaiao9 I think they look awful, but to each his own.

  • @sciroccoguy are you kidding? Those were top of the line Buick wire wheel covers. They're very nice indeed.

  • Hey J4 long time no talk! Your LeSabre has the 307 Oldsmobile, have you ever noticed when you floor it, sometimes the transmission wont down shift, im experiencing that with my Park Avenue. When I floor it, I wont gain any speed ( Transmission stays in overdrive.) Anyway great vid, I might be making a trip to Cali this fall with the Park Avenue!

  • Bogar! More than just a name......But a Standard! Dude, that's pretty smooth at 85. Mine would shake above 60 no matter how much i would balance the tires.

  • You gotta come out to where I'm at so we can talk. Bring your Caddy with you too.

  • my moms old buick lesabre was a real bitch to start!!!!!

  • old school car haha
