This is a beautiful recording and you've achieved fine sound quality but the pitch is too high. The piece is in C major. Of course that may be attributable to the source or some other reason.

this guy was even better than Heifetz. I have his Tchaikovsky and Beethoven interpretations, he is perfect no one can play like him, a true individual. my respects to the forgotten virtuoso. A small note he played a live performance in front of Brahms and Eugen Jochum for whom the concerto was written in the first place.
