http://www.ReactiveTrainingSystems.comThis was much better than last week. I think loosening the belt a notch made a big difference. I had more rest before deadlifting this workout, which probably made a difference as well.

Nope. Just going for a lean 275. I'm about 265 right now. Slowly trying to build muscle and lose bodyfat.
