Carlos Bustamontes, Descrimination of the low income people of Santa Anita Neighborhood, I want to tell the Orange Juice Blog, Our wards 3 one side of the Bridge and ward 5 side of the Bridge has done nothing to give Accessibility or Safety to Pedestrians or Handicapped in their districts. I am looking for one good ADA Attorney to demand the rights of the Community to Safe Crossings. I would like the Governor to take notice. Santa Anita Neighborhood Association to take notice of a very grave situation, get your priorities straight.
