This video is product of author's experience in the surgical management of the OMPHALOCELE and clinical observation for the adhesive strength of DUODERM or NUDERM patch, frequently used in wound care. The final result is a pressure vector that induces progresive reacomodation of the abdominal viscera into the abdominal cavity which it is maintained relaxed until total closure. This method makes a difference changing silo evolution, avoiding surgical trauma, sutures and disruption of natural barriers.

Duoderm is an amazing thing, I use the extra thin CGF for healing mild acne lesions and my face is almost totally clear now. Just goes to show the incredible versatility of it.
