In February 2011, APEX Movement did a parkour/freerunning demo/performance during the Denver Roller Dolls halftime show at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, CO. Ryan Ford was the MC and the performers were pro team members Amos Rendao, Jake Smith, Erica Madrid, and youth team members Elijah Muller and Ollie Neben. Despite the lack of equipment, we had a lot of fun and got to share parkour with over 5,000 spectators!

You guys did very well with what you had to work with. Hats off for the energy and effort! The 'parkour' element was only contained within the freerunning performance. (Freerunning is Parkour, but Parkour is not Freerunning). It's been mentioned that you lack equipment - if possible for future events, build some boxes/cubes/rectangles to generate 'levels' and perhaps (more costly) a standing bar-frame for some bar work. It's all easy to make, and with some creative working can be very effective.

Thx, it gives me inspiration about how to organise a demonstration.
In our association, we dont have more than 2 home made obstacles do bring on events ! =)
