Dr kaplan can you tell me the reason why you tell people to use the pump 3 times a week? What would happen if it was used every day? Or is that a bad idea?

@tracklad using the pump every day is not advised. Why? Tissue needs at least 24 hours to rebuild. You'd be sore and would experience no gains if you used it every day. Using the system 3 times a week allows adequate time for tissue to repair itself between sessions. More info on my website.

@petetang1985 You will see results almost immediately, but you'll want to use the pump for at least 6 weeks (3x weekly) to get to your full potential. It's hard to say what the maximum is and when you'll get there, some people come back for bigger and bigger cylinders as they continue past the 6 weeks.
