It is a fact)I have stock kfx 700 and shoot fast but only until not very serious speed))
BUT THE ACCELERATION 0-100 KM/H IS CRAZYYY!

i rode both a baja ds650 and kfc 700, and the only advantage of the kfx is the v twin engine. the bajas engine is sluggish in low gears because it is such a big piston. but the baja has great suspension, and seams to have huge travel because i couldn't feel a single bump even at high speed in an old farm field riddled with plow ruts. i hate that the kfx is auto clutch, but i like that it is very fast and pulls wheelies on demand

@wrsawy dude ur dumb... My kfx 400 goes 85mph with minor modifications... Stock kawasaki kfx 400's go 73mph. Im sure a 700cc goes that fast if a 400cc goes 73mph stock.

You're crazy. The 700 does NOT reach 78 MPH> it doesn't even come close to that speed "out of the box stock." Try closer to 68 MPH> The 700 is fun to ride, but it's heavy and slow. Now, if you go aftermarket on it, then things change, as the v-twin produces serious power. You have to change the clutch spring on those bad boys.

top speed for a factory kfx is 78 mph . ..alot more if you change the cvt clutch spring . it will top out at 105 with it changed with fmf dual exaust
