Star Wars 20's Silent Film Style : A New Hope

During my dialup-induced hiatus, I became very frustrated with WMM, and stopped making videos altogether. I then remembered that I had Adobe Premiere, and then I was back in action.

This is a slight departure from my other silent films, as the others focus on a single relationship in the entire trilogy. Here, I am doing the plot line of one of the movies of the trilogy. When I have time, I will do The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Until then, enjoy!

*Music is Scott Joplin's Gladiolus Rag, and I do not own Star Wars. I wish I did, but it would be against biology for me to be Mr. Lucas.

Beautiful work! Perfect choice of Joplin, great synchronization of scenes to what's going on in the music, and the captions are exquisite. Very very funny. Looking forward to future efforts.

Nice editing, really has the feel of an old-time film.  Plus, the silly music keeps the action at arm's length, perfect.
