i don't see what the problem is with your clothing it's super cute and if you went to my school everyone would probably compliment you and i'm in high school. sure there may be some preppy really mean losers(not all preps are bad) that would bash you, happens to me sometimes, but i just ignor them. i would love to see what would happen if i showed up at your school in my usual garb. i live in oklahoma too not really the most accepting of places.

I think you school mates are disappointed because to them St. Pat means drinking, but to you it actually has a fun meaning. 'cause those college students love to drink. Iam sure if you go out you'll see them taking pride of the drinking part of st. Pat day LOL.

Yup I didn't end up drinking or partying. this st. patty's day all i did to celebrate was dress for the occasion...school has been reallly draining and I took advantage of having a little break to sleep! (hence why i am up at 5 am!!)

I agree that being different is a great challenge. It's true, u have to embrace it and I think u did mature a lot from when u were young (plz don't take offense).
One of my adjunct professors said that the best thing about QC is that it's filled with "realistic" ppl. I really believe that as u get older, a person will learn how to let things be. Maybe it's where u"re located right now. What bothers me about college are young and naive ppl, in my opinion. Noted: I did not wear green on purpose.

yeah my school is a lot different from cali mushi (which is where i hope to settle one day). it is also very different from the city, which is so much more open-minded. I hate long Island.
