You seems not understood my context of my post. By seeing those regional movies played by DD, people will get headache, so, DD seems to be saying use pain balm for relief. (we used to say like this those days)

Still remember these ads in DD esp after Regional movies every Sunday. Also, can't forgot Amrutanjan Ad. They show up in every movie ad break in DD. After seeing those DD movies in those days, we really need these. But that days were lovely.

Amrutanjan Ad mostly aired in the afternoon...'dupahar ka doordarshan prasaran' That 1 hour of television. The ad was certainly targeted at house wife with back aches and headaches.
