No, Pritchard is certainly NOT an "EPIC FAIL". Pritchard is one of the best GM's in the business, it is not his fault that the Blazers' medical staff could not keep Roy or Oden healthy. There's a reason why he gained the saying, "the pritchslap", because he "pritchslaps" all the other GM's around with his crazy moves.
