I think this is great. I See everyone here saying how this is bullshit and how some of you wont visit these areas because of the police. yet you are probaby the first ones to bitch about the speeders and other crime in your own area. New Hartford needs reduce the size of it's bloated police force by at least 35-40 percent. This bullshit has nothing to do with public safety, It actually increases the chances that someone will get into an accident. The cuts will be coming real soon!

Making people paranoid drives them away and makes them a nervous reck therefore increasing risk of an accident. This is not public safety this is public bulling
