  • Please make a movie! I'd throw money at you if you did!

  • @bluefireturtle Now that I can agree with; most good cartoons do have moral along with the humorous antiques and intense actions, even the ones that are a bit more mature like Futurama. Of course, there are 20+ adults who watch Japanese anime and call it "superior to American animation" when American animation actually inspired Japanese animation. Plus, some of the best animated works don't come from either country, like Waltz with Bashir.

  • @Kursinphists

No, I don't think that's the case. Unless you're talking about 14-16 years olds, then you're probably right. But a lot of people, especially 20+ who aren't involved in the industry just simply 'don't get' animation. They assume anything animated is automatically for children, because 'grown-ups' watch real people. They don't understand the value of metaphor or don't think cartoons can send a message. This is why the market isn't as big as it should be.

  • @bluefireturtle That's because guys are into animated series showing cleavage, and girls are into animated series showing cute men. People are lacking in taste, only developing an eye for pleasure. But, luckily, I think that the market for such animation is making a comeback; if not in America, then at least from Europe or even in certain industries in Asia.

  • @Kursinphists

Simply because they would be incredibly expensive to make because the quality is so high. It probably took this person an entire school year or most of it to make this. And you probably wouldn't be able to find anyone to finance a series or film because the market isn't big enough for that kind of expense. Sadly, hardly anyone would watch or appreciate stuff like this except for people with a special taste in animation or who're in the industry.

  • i loved it!

  • Goosebumps!

  • @Oppurtunafish Why aren't there more animated movies or even series like this?
