Congradulations on your weight loss girl. You did a great job so far. And I totally agree with you. Your doing more than just weight loss. Your building muscle and improving your fitness. people don't realize that wls doesn't do that for you.

Everybody I know has never asked more then what can I eat and how much, they all know I had surgery but no one has put me down because of it !

I heard that...WE ARE GROWN!!! It's really no one's business. the average person does not know how disciplined a person has to be to be successful with the surgery. it's not just the surgery its behaviors like youtubers tell us...what happened to people being happy for someone's success and health...DAMN! When I get surgery i will have to grow some balls and just tell the world to kiss my ass when asked if I had surgery. If you are negative please stay the hell out of my way...GEEZE!!
