I start with a warm up using the resistance band, then proceed to load a 5kg plate on my forehead.
Main exercises performed: Reverse neck bridges and bridges, isometric contraction of bridges, and chest press cum skull crusher cum tricep extension while in reverse bridge.
It is absolutely imperative to have lighter weights used in the chest press cum bridge exercise. This aspect of the drill cannot be underestimated because in this 'compromised' position, a slightest miscalculation of the weight or margin of error could kill you.
