Not a question of SPEED. You are thinking in terms of linear flight in Normal space. Which is not warp drive. Check the work of Alan C. Holt, David Froning, and Miguel Alcubierre. And TT Brown.

delta r / delta t equals speed

Therefore, a Warp Drive has speed.

@Hansolo60 the idea is that your not moving because what makes you change location of the craft is gravity because that is what is being alterd to change location. It's an obserd idea to even comprehend.

Well, at least when it's operating to its full capability what I said is true.
