In this video you will find out how quickly the PHYSIOTHERAPY team at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust start working with patients to get them back on their feet again after their hip replacement operation.

We believe that it is important to start moving your new hip as soon as possible after your operation to promote good blood flow, to regain movement and muscle strength and to help the recovery process. At Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust we expect that our patients should be out of bed and walking with a frame or crutches within 24 hours of their operation.

To find out more, get in touch with our team, and access a range of downloadable support documents and post-op exercise information visit www.hipandknee.tv.
