If the Mamak Can,Why Not the Malays ?

This is a short video to remind the Malays about the Great Success Stories of the Mamak (Tamil Muslims,Indian Muslims as some prefer to be identified)in Malaysia.
The Mamaks as Ramli have come to know many of them are famous Business Owners like from Syed Restoran,Khalifah Restoran,Mydin,Bazeer Money Changers,IBS Buku Sdn.Bhd.,Hameed Restoran and so many others,and all have started from "scratch" but with good business acumen,street smart thinking,prudent financial mgmt,on site mgmt,leading by example styles of leadership,they the Mamak have now become a Great Business Community that controls many business sectors and enjoying their Hard Work and Sacrifices.Hopefully,their children and grand children will be able to manage their successes and contribute to Malaysia's Nation Building with great passion,sincerity,honesty and caring for all people.
The most important success element of the Mamak Community,Ramli thinks come from their Excellent TeamWork and Cooperation among them.Some people say the Malays have this negative factor in them ie.The PHD element that translates in Malay as P=Penyakit (sickness)H=Hasad (envious)D=Dengki (jealousy)With this "PHD" factor the majority of the Malay Business Community always find it hard to reach the pinnacle of great business success like the Mamak.The Mamak or even the Chinese Business Community always seem to have this edge in the way they work together and share the "fruits" of their hard work and smart thinking.
The Malays are better to learn from the Mamak because they are Muslims themselves (although they are from the Hanafi Sect unlike the Malays are majority fom the Shafie Sect or Mazhab)The Mamak have the virtues of abiding what is halal and haram unlike the Chinese where halal and haram is not mandatory but just "good business practice" in Malaysia only.Elements of riba' or usury may not be important in the Chinese Business fraternity but not for Muslims.Riba is Haram and Forbidden Strictly.
For all Muslims,Ramli wish to remind them to read the Khutbah Wida' as narrated by the Prophet Muhammad SAW (pbuh)there are many important reminders that the Holy Prophet have stated and remind all Muslims to abide till the end of time (kiamat).

It's time the Malays also show their excellence in business like the Mamaks!
This statement of "If the Mamak can,why not the Malays" is similar to the original version stated by Dr.W.Edwards Deming-The Great Quality Guru from USA where he once remarked on NBC TV that "If Japan Can,Why Can't We (Americans)"That remarked by Dr.Deming,sparked the Total Quality Revolution in USA and the rest of the world.That remarked by Dr.Deming was made in 1980.

This is bullshit. Put a Malay child with and Chinese family and a Chinese child in a Malay family and see if there is any difference. One will find that it is not genes or intelligence but rather up bringing and culture. If one is happy leave them alone.
