Piyush Bhatnagar drops his first EP on the brand new Rub A Duck imprint and delivers the titles "Ultrasonic" and "Fireball on the Move".

From his own biography, we learn that Piyush Bhatnagar aka "Sound Avtar" is one of the hottest dub artists to have come out of the Asian zone in recent times. He was also one half of the inexhaustible Deaf Bass Twins; the duo that had ripped the underground music scene apart. Piyush is also known to fuse his music with Indian elements and Western percussion which creates his unique sound with dubstep, breaks and drum n bass. "Ultrasonic", the first track of the EP, has hints of trance programming in it, but as soon as the beats get unleashed, it's time for some hard hitting dubstep. Piyush doesn't shy away from rough growling bass, beats and a frantic theme; making clear why track 1 deserves the title "Ultrasonic".

"Fireball on the Move" on the other hand is definitely designed as a party track. What once again seems to begin as a regular trance track, soon ascends in a fantastic, dungeon of superbly produced underground style dubstep. When the synth line hits during the short lived four to the floor breaks, Piyush makes everyone on the dancefloor crave for the return of that grinding bassline and the hugely hammering beats. Imagine packed clubs, smoke machines and crowded dancefloors. With his new EP, Piyush Bhatnagar has delivered two absolutely killer dubstep cuts that simply have to be on the track list of every self respecting DJ.
