@CoffeeSlave01 Ok I will check out your other videos. I have a 1 group commercial Brasilia Roma Cappuccino.
I only have a video of my Gaggia Classic up at the moment but will get one up of this machine.

Do the Rockets really take that long to steam milk?
My machine steams in less than half that and the boiler is only 0.2 litres bigger than yours.

@hugecookiemonster. Thank you. This video is from before I changed the steam valve and stearm arm. This Giotto is from 2000 and a lot has happened since then. I have another video in here with steaming after the replacement. The newer Rockets have much more steam power.

i love that you have great equipment, but also how you keep everything neat and clean, this is a very good habit to get into as a barista!
