This is a video of when the robot doors were first installed into my original model, the first doors were clumsy and would slam closed causing peices to loosen. But, all that room in the 8448 chassis, I figured I'd try it. Well they work great and the car had to have the suspension reinforced, she bounces like a real car. At 4 lbs it suprises me how well the car rolls and controls on a downhill surface , very sturdy and smooth. If you want more detailed vids just ask and I will do my best to help you build your own, there are no instructions, I designed and created this model , not a kit. just the first 8 pages of the 8448 supercar kit before the studless peices, minus the steering. After that your on your own.

  • Thank you for all the wonderful comments. Sadly, before his death in November, Craig was unable to finish the directions for the Delorean. That is the only one that will ever me made exactly that way. He was an incredible artist.

  • 1000 dollars ? yeah no?

  • Best Time Machine ever made!! Is it Mindstorm or Electric motor?

  • Actually, it is using the scout robot kit from the first AT AT robotic walker, from technic.
