what dirty mean?
you mean corruption?
I just wonder why most people view cambodia like that...
If I didn't study with those foreigners, I would not know that their countries have corruptions.
I meet Mexican, Spanish, Thai, Chinese (bureaucratic), and Vietnamese...etc.
they said their countries have corruptions.
Believe or not I don't care...
I believe that majority of my friends would not have to lie to me. They have no sense to lie to me. No one wants to speak bad about their countries.
