@cbonoraable . The fence is like 6 ft just like the wall. But the fence is pretty easy. Just go to your local park and start jumping over fences. The wall is in the academy and instead of the 4min something, in the academy its 3:32. The dummy is like 200 lbs. Also buy those hand grip thinguis to exercise your fingers for the gun part in the end. Also you can call and sign up and practice the JST. Good luck!

Hi Everyone I have to take the test soon and I heard that all women generally fail ? Can someone please tell me what the best way to train for this would be I am 125 pounds 5 foot 6 inches? I need to figure out a way to train for this the right way. I would appreciate any tips. Also how much pounds is the push and pull? Is it a fence or a six foot wall? and how heavy is that dummy you are pulling? thank you

@briansprdr It took me 2.5 years just to get a letter to come back for my first medical and all. The process has picked up since then. I take my JST and drop all my paperwork off with my investigator next week. "Tentative January Academy". If that gives you any context.

You just have to power through it. If your not blessed with physical attributes, it could be tough. But it shouldn't be too difficult.
