Bibimbap is a bowl of rice topped with cooked beef and vegetables.

■Ingredients
hot boiled rice 6oz (180g)
thin sliced beef 1-1/3oz (40g)
soft-boiled egg one
bean sprout 2/3oz (20g)
spinach one bunch
carrot 1oz (30g)
salt one pinch
dark colored soy sauce 1/6oz (4g)
sesame oil 1/16oz (2g)
Pre Cooked sauce for grilled meat 1/3oz (10g)
roast sesame one pinch


■誰でも簡単ビビンバ

ご飯 180g
牛肉(薄切り) 40g
温泉卵 1個
もやし 20g
ほうれん草 1株
人参 30g
塩 1つまみ
濃口醤油 4g
ごま油 2g
焼肉のタレ 10g
炒りごま 1つまみ

  • @NabiHouse yes there should be chili paste in it, i dont know why she did not include it, they sell korean chili paste in japan at most grocery stores so i dont know why she did not bother adding it

  • tradtionaly koreans would put a raw egg yolk on the top, but now aways it can be replaced with a sunnyside up egg.
