  • I see guys in the gym going past the bottom line in the vid (going beyond perpendicular to the floor). Can anyone tell me whether that is bad technique or if it works the muscles even more?

  • Is it bad to do back extensions on a Swiss ball if you have scoli

  • I do them on a gym Ball/ Swiss ball /yoga ball whatever you want to call them

I do 3 sets of 16 I have a L5 S2 disc bulge they make my back feel good after

When i come up I think i hyper extend I bring my torso up higher then aligned is this good?

  • @mln4you ask your doctor, dont take youtube advice on that.

  • @ladyinanahpamethyst you dont want to overextend anything, and its bad for your spine if you go down to far.

  • @ladyinanahpamethyst To protect your spine.

  • @cosmintrif29 you freaking right, but if you have to do it, put your ass close to the wall

  • @MegaChavo19 Only cardio workouts that burn calories will get rid of love handles. Fat cannot be targeted, only grossly destroyed.

  • @cosmintrif29 RAPIST Alert !

  • Maybe a dumb question, but I have to take that risk. Can someone please explain why it is recommended to only extend the body so that the head is parallel or aligned with the glute muscle and not to bend all the way down so the head is in the upside down position? Seems to me like that would be more of a lift for the lower back muscle.
