wrestling is the oldest and one of the best sports ive ever had the pleasure of participating in.

the training was so gruelling at first. was definitely a big help in the offseason of football (american) in highschool.

greatest way to shed pounds and gain stregth.

Your odviously not a coach then. In the UK it's hard to get guys into the sport and keep them. As you know it's a hard sport and many can't handle the pace and opt for easier games like football etc. So it's good to see someone like Windex1122 who's passionate about it. Shooting him down for it is counterproductive. I understand were the passion comes from I was wrestling whilst you were in nappies maybe you don't yet. Or maybe your just another guy who we'll loose cause he can't take the pace.
