@princecarlos07 work on your arms 2-3 times a week
do 3 exercise for biceps and 3 for triceps
(for example hammer curls, concentration curls, ez-bar curls; triceps dips, skull crushers, kickbacks)
3 sets a 8-12 reps for each exercise...
and protein+dextrose after workout or a good meal with lots of carbs and protein...
