I know I have to work on my chest, lat, shoulders and have to reduce my body fat...

  • @princecarlos07 do bicep/ezbar curls with back of the hand ahead /// take a dumbbell, put your forearm parallel to your thigh on your thigh, half your forearm is in the air... just move your wrist up, then back to beginnning

  • @princecarlos07 work on your arms 2-3 times a week

    do 3 exercise for biceps and 3 for triceps

    (for example hammer curls, concentration curls, ez-bar curls; triceps dips, skull crushers, kickbacks)

    3 sets a 8-12 reps for each exercise...

    and protein+dextrose after workout or a good meal with lots of carbs and protein...
