what heads are you running?

I think we all work with a limited budget. When I bought my 91 many years ago it had a TFS1 already in it also. Even with new springs, correct install height and correct pushrods I could not get the valvetrain to stabilize at anything above 5000rpm. My dyno graph showed it and I knew the cam cores were weak after that. What a lot of people don't understand is that a weak cam core will distroy your engine.
Even Ford new back in 1987 to use billet core cams for the 5.0 stock.

@fidstang The Mustang I bought has a TFS1 cam and #24 injectors already on it as well as TFS TW street heads and a TFS street burner intake. I work with a very limited automotive budget hence my asking as to save money. I have since decided to save my money up and swap out the cam and port the heads. May do the injectors and intake as well.

Ditch the TFS junk cams. The core suck on all of them. Why would you spend all of that money on a stroker to put in a cheap cam. If you can't figure out what you need for a cam, pay some one who knows what they're doing to design or pick one for you.

Nice car. What compression ratio are you running?? Do you think a 331 is to big of a motor for a TFS1 cam or 24# injectors??

Nice car. What kinda 331 did u put in it, was it built from the original or did u buy it? The reason is I'm looking to put 331 in my 94 Gt just trying to find a good builder cause I've heard DDS is s!@t now.
