The problem is quality of crews and leadership, not the tanks themselves. The only major user of Soviet tanks to use their tanks against other tanks were Middle-Eastern powers and none of these armies are known for the quality of their soldiers or leaders. If you need proof of the effectiveness of Soviet armour, study up on the fact that when Israeli crews took over captured Soviet tanks, they kicked ass. It was not the tanks but the poor crews and leaders of the Arab armies that is to blame.

the great victory of tank warfare for soviet leaves a wrong message for them which is tank should be easy to build even the quality isnt good enough. However for countries like Iran and Iraq don't have heavy industries, T series tank already lost half meaning.
