I thought I had heard that Danny Kirwin was dead. I'll be surprised if he's alive. There is a ton of really cool guitar playing on all those old Mac albums and I feel that Green got all the credit. Kirwin and Spencer were every bit as good and important to the sound if you ask me.

I hope most people who listen & watch this clip realize it's actually Danny Kirwan who does this incredibly exciting soloing. Of course Peter's vocals and rhythm playing are very interesting too.

Peter Green shows that he is an excellent rhytm guitar player on this tune. Danny Kirwan does most of the soloing though and he should have credit for that. However, stellar work by Green himself as always. Listen to this one a couple of times and focus only on the rhytm part by Green. It's ruff and magic. Not many guitarist would be able to do that.
