Steve Young's Great Escape

Man my favorite part is the other players looking to steve young to see what he was trying to do. What a leader and a great team.

Lon Simmons call is the best.. He has some of the best calls in history.. The wrong way call..Taylors touchtown catch from Montana.. Also Gotta love the blocks Rice had a good one..Look at Guy McIntyre flying down field to throw blocks along with Jesse Sapolu..Also see the players who stayed back and watched..Randy Cross being one of them.

the play was incredible but the announcer made it even better

if Alex Smith can develope into a better QB we will be spoiled with another good QB...he's no young or montana though.

I agree, he's just a journey man. The niners need another young or montana. They already got a good offence. :)

for this year favre can be a top 3 qb but all time i'd say at least the top 10

Young is the greatest ALL AROUND qb ever,end of discussion.But if i want one drive to win a game?montana is the man.Had debartalo gotten young some help on the defensive side of the ball in 1991,92 and 93..multiple SB titles for him were a lock.
